The included factory letter confirms the serial number, caliber, barrel length, finish, and that the revolver was shipped on August 5, 1907 to sporting goods and cutlery retailer D.N. Walford of Washington D.C. as a one gun shipment. With maroon box renumbered on bottom to match.

Fine. 85% original blue finish remains with sharp markings, edge wear, small scratches, and slight drag line on cylinder. The grips are also fine with crisp checkering and some small dings. Mechanically excellent. Box is good with corner and edge wear.
