Manufactured in 1926. Fixed sights, the 4th style 2-line patent and address markings on the left side of the slide, Rampant Colt behind the receiver, and caliber markings on the right below the ejector port. Grip safety and trigger are brightly casehardened, with "1/VP" on the left side of the trigger guard, "25" on the right. With a black leatherette case, lined in blue silk and velvet, with the Colt logo on the inside of the lid and a French-cut section for the pistol.

Excellent, with 98% of the original blue finish, showing a few light scratches overall, along with some minor high edge wear. Bright and vivid case colors, fading slightly on the rear of the grip safety. Grips are excellent, with sharp checkering and a few mild pressure dents. Case is good, with some mild edge wear and staining of the fabric. Mechanically excellent.
