According to the included factory letter, this revolver was shipped to an unknown recipient on November 19, 1979. The letter also confirms the serial number, caliber, finish, factory engraving, gold inlay, engraver and the unfluted cylinder. Standard markings along with class "B" grade master floral scroll and punch dot engraving on the barrel, ejector rod housing, frame, the unfluted cylinder, trigger guard bow and back strap. Additionally, gold wire borders are present at the muzzle and breech, both ends of the cylinder and the sides of the frame, a raised gold coiled rattlesnake on the left side of the frame and a striking cobra on the right. Fitted with two piece smooth grips with gold Colt medallions, marked "14 / C-26 / AJE / INDIA" and "4043" on the insides. Complete with the original "wood grain" box with Custom Shop label showing all custom special features and numbered to the gun.

Near new in original box, showing only slight handling marks and a few minor hairline age cracks on the grips. Mechanically excellent.
