The breech end of the barrels are stamped with British "crown/V" proofs, and the flats are stamped with Belgian proofs. The frame and locks are engraved with fine foliate and scroll designs with small animal scenes of rabbits, dogs, foxes, and deer. With a fancy scroll trigger guard and sculpted horn grip extension. Checkered buttstock with raised cheekpiece and smooth iron buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .685/.682 inch; minimum wall thickness .042/.044 inch; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 13 inches.

Fine. The barrels have 75% of the applied brown finish with edge wear and dings throughout, visible twist Damascus pattern, and complete silver inlay on the retailer marking. The frame and locks have an overall gray patina with some traces of darker spotting and well-defined engraving. The stock is good with some visible cracks around the wrist, small dings, and crisp freshened checkering. Mechanically good.
