The receiver features full coverage floral and vine scroll engraving with "CHARLES LANCASTER/PATENT" marked on the sides, "SINGLE TRIGGER/PATENT" on the trigger plate, dual triggers, and automatic tang safety. Checkered splinter forearm with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with blank initial oval and checkered bare butt. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; length of pull 13 1/4 inches.

Fine. The professionally refinished barrels have 97% plus blue finish with crisp engraving, some small dings, and light handling marks. The receiver has a mostly gray patina with shadows of original case colors, and a trace of light surface pitting. The refinished wood is also fine with a repaired chip at the left side of the wrist, well defined checkering, and some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
