Single bead sight on the unmarked concave matte rib, 2 1/2 inch chambers, single extractor, standard German proofs on the flats, and full chokes. Deeply engraved receiver with game bird scenes of on the right, ducks on the left, and grouse on the underside with fine flowing scroll on the balance. With dual triggers and manual tang safety. Checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with horn grip cap, raised cheekpiece, and serrated horn buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/8 inches.

Good as refinished. 80% of the blue finish remains on the barrels with some traces of light pitting under the blue, mild edge wear, and thinning to brown. The receiver has a mostly silver gray patina with well-defined engraving and handling marks. The wood is fair as repaired with a visible break and areas of filler around the wrist, recut checkering, small dings, and added section of wood along the belly. Mechanically very good.
