MEKETA" on top, gold wire inlaid accents and borders, jewelled bolt, extractor, and follower; and knurled bolt handle. The floor plate is engraved with a detailed forested mountain scene with a gold inlaid bugling stag. Attractive checkered stock with scroll carved borders, ebony forend cap, engraved and gold inlaid steel grip cap, matching engraved sling swivels, and checkered blue steel buttplate.

Very fine. 98% original bright polished blue finish remains with crisp engraving, complete gold inlays, traces of muzzle wear, and small handling marks overall. The stock is also very fine with sharp carving, attractive grain, and some small dings. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics.
