Less than 1,000 of these pistols were manufactured c. 1960-1973. The serial number denotes it was manufactured 1960-61. It has a muzzle break, standard sights and markings, and the correct .22 short only magazine.

Excellent overall with 98% plus original finish, gold fill in the markings, minor scratches and marks, and a few dings in the grips. Mechanically excellent. A very rare S&W .22 Auto from the early production series.
