Damascus barrels with a solid concave rib marked "F.V. DREYSE SOMMERDA", in silver and a single bead sight. The breech block, underlever, tangs, and trigger guard feature fine, light scroll engraving. One-piece checkered walnut stock with fancy scroll carved, horn grip extension, raised cheekpiece, and lightly engraved shotgun buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches. The flat of the action near the cam that opens the barrels to the right is engraved "0, 74 RANDSCHLUSS P:"

Fine. The barrels have an overall gray patina with traces of original brown in the protected areas, small dings throughout, and strong, visible tight Damascus pattern. The action and other components have an overall gray patina with some spotting, well defined engraving and handling marks throughout. The wood is also fine with well defined checkering, numerous small dings , and some light chipping around the buttplate edge. Mechanically very good.
