Description:

Constructed from bright steel, with over 95% coverage of engraving, chiefly fine scrollwork with textured backgrounds, and "No 1563 Riveire Oxford Street London" in a band around the breech. "Riveire" has not been identified. With a checkered hammer, in-line configuration. Smooth one piece bag-shaped grip.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The metal shows a fine bright appearance overall, with some mild spotting around the muzzle, and a bit of wear on the nipple. The grip is fine, with a few age cracks and some attractive grain and color. Mechanically fine.
