Manufactured in 1963 and subsequently embellished with masterfully executed western theme and floral scroll engraving. The left side of the receiver shows a wagon scene, the right side shows Native Americans hunting a bison, and there are silver inlaid borders. There are flourishes of floral scroll engraving and silver inlaid bands at the breech and the muzzle. The engraving appears to be signed "EB". An included obituary suggests the engraving was done by Jack O. Harwood of Blackfoot, Idaho. Mounted with a finely figured checkered straight grip stock with a checkered butt. Includes a hardwood case.

Excellent as masterfully embellished, retains 99% plus original blue finish on the barrel and magazine and the receiver showing an attractive grey patina with very minimal handling evidence. The wood is also excellent with a few scattered light dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine with some scattered light handling/storage marks and a sliver absent on the trim.
