The included Adams & Adams Custom Engravers letter of authentication states that this pistol was engraved by John Adams Sr. in August of 2016. It shows nearly 100% coverage floral scroll engraving as well as the Colt serpentine logo and a Rampant Colt on top of the slide, which was delivered from Colt plain for engraving. Adams has signed his work behind the rear sight. The small parts are all finished with a brilliant nitre blue including the grip screws attaching the replacement grips. Includes the original shipping box and a Colt blue box. An incredibly beautiful and functional work of art to add to your collection.

Very fine overall as master embellished by John Adams Sr., retaining 99% plus silver finish with only the slightest handling marks and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. The boxes are near mint with very minimal handling/storage wear.
