Manufactured in 1978. Both revolvers are masterfully embellished by Jeff Flannery featuring 50% coverage floral scroll engraving, gold washed small parts including the hammer, and wonderful gold wire inlay including bands at the breach, muzzle, and rear of the cylinder. There are also gold inlay borders on the frame and geometric designs on the barrels, grip straps, and trigger guards. The grips are smooth pearl. Both revolvers share a glass topped display case that also contains pearl handled tools and a pearl oil bottle. A beautiful pair of revolvers that would add to any Colt collection or make a wonderful family heirloom.

Very fine as masterfully embellished, retains 99% plus blue finish with only the slightest handling marks and faint traces of a cylinder drag line. The grips are very fine with a few hairline age cracks and some noticeable dark stained spots. Mechanically excellent. The tools are excellent with minimal wear and the case is very fine with some scattered light handling/storage marks.
