Receiver manufactured in 1911. The 23 inch round barrel suggests that this Model 90 was factory assembled from parts on hand after 1936. Winchester factory oval proof on barrel and receiver, dovetail blade and elevation adjustable rear sights, late Model 90 barrel marking, takedown frame, 12-groove forearm and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Very fine as possibly factory assembled, retaining 95% plus original factory blue finish with thinning and cycling wear on the balance. The wood is fine with repaired wrist (two pins), couple missing slivers near the upper tang and minimal handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
