Manufactured in 1936, the second year of production. Features a hooded ramp blade front and adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sights. Standard barrel markings with the Winchester proof on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. 1/2 magazine, and mounted with a checkered semi-beavertail forearm with steel end cap and pistol grip stock with steel checkered buttplate and quick release sling swivel bases.

Fine. The barrel, magazine and receiver retain 95% original finish with some thinning on the barrel and some edge wear on the receiver. The magazine cap has a smooth brown patina and there is some minor flaking on the forend cap. The lever retains traces of original finish (mainly on the inside of the loop and in protected areas) with the balance having a smooth silver brown patina. The refinished wood as a small chip repair on the upper left side of the wrist at the receiver, a few minor scuffs and dings, and sharp professionally recut checkering. Clear crisp markings. The action is excellent.
