Manufactured from 1903 to 1922. Factory engraved receiver with scrollwork surrounding small game circular panels on the sides and geometric patterns on top. Barrel legend has the 1906 patent date followed by "OTHERS PENDING." Equipped with a dovetail Redfield blade front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight (adjusting screw absent) and folding peep sight mounted on the upper tang. 17-groove later production forearm and fancy checkered round knob pistol grip stock with leaf motif carving.

Fine, retaining 95% original nickel plating on the frame, moderate slide retraction wear, and noticeable scratches visible near front sight. The barrel is replated with light markings on the barrel. The engraving is crisp. The refinished stock is very good with plugs, two added stones to grip area, minimal handling evidence and crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent.
