Fixed sights, dated "1937" on the chamber, with the "S/42" code on the toggle. "Droop wing eagle/63" proofs on the extension and barrel, with eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. Matching numbers are present overall, including on the blued alloy base magazines (one also marked "+" in the traditional style). "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" on the upper safety area and extractor respectively, with a full blue finish and checkered hardwood grips.

Excellent, with 95% plus of the original blue finish, showing some holster wear and handling marks. The grips are also excellent, with a few dings. Mechanically excellent. All this exceptional P08 Luger needs is a 1937 dated holster to make an outstanding rig!
