Description:

Receiver manufactured from 1903-1916 and subsequently rebuilt to its current Schuetzen configuration. The unmarked heavy barrel is drilled and tapped for a front sight and has a windage and elevation adjustable J.W. Fecker scope. Lower tang marked with the serial number and "44 1/2." The straight grip perch belly stock has a Swiss buttplate and cheekpiece.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as custom rebuilt to its current configuration, retaining 98% plus of the blue finish with a few small patches of spotting on the barrel. The wood is also very fine showing very limited handling/storage marks. Mechanically excellent. The scope has clear optics.
