The Liege proofed brass barrel has "LONDON" on top, light engraving, and Birmingham proof marks. The lock is marked "T/Ketland/& Co". The furniture is brass and has some light engraving.

Fine, showing mostly bright attractively aged brass finish and a light grey patina on the lock with some scattered light pitting and clear markings. The wood is fine with some minor dings throughout and a two inch long sliver of wood absent along the right forward barrel channel. Mechanically excellent.
