Manufactured circa 1980s-2000s by Randy Butters of Homer, Michigan, who was named "Spur Maker of the Year" in 2005. They are marked with Butters' mark on the medial arm of each heel band. They have swinging buttons and are double mounted with lightly engraved silver including heart shaped cutouts in each arm of the heel bands as well as the straight shank that ends in a clover style rowel. The Buddy Foster leather straps are stamped with a basket weave pattern and have heart buckles made by Butters. Heel band width: 1 1/8" (at heart cutouts) Shanks: 2 1/2" Rowel diameter: 1 1/2" Heel opening: 3 1/2".

Excellent overall, showing mostly brown finish and bright silver mountings with a few light handling marks and very minimal wear. The leather shows very minimal wear.
