Manufactured in 2008 and subsequently masterfully embellished in 2010 by John Adams Jr. of Adams & Adams Custom Engraving. The revolver shows nearly 100% coverage class "D" Helfricht style engraving with gold bands at the muzzle, breech, and rear of the cylinder. There is a gold relief steer head at the top of the back strap and the hammer is outlined in gold inlay. The engraving is signed "ADAMS" on the bottom of the barrel. It has custom blue and casehardened finish, and the grips are smooth two-piece ebony. The included certificate of authenticity confirms the embellishment. A beautifully embellished revolver that would make an excellent family heirloom or addition to any Colt collection.

Very fine overall as master embellished by John Adams Jr., retains 99% plus Turnbull blue and casehardened finishes with only the slightest handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
