Description:

Manufactured in March of 1945. Blade front and locking drum equipped adjustable peep rear sights, with a proper Springfield "1-S-A-3-45" barrel, Springfield bolt, trigger housing, hammer, safety, and uncut operating rod. The smooth pistol grip stock bears "S.A./GAW" and "Ordnance cannon" cartouches on the left side, with a serifed circled "P" on the wrist, "123" in white paint just ahead of the toe, and a checkered buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 97% of the original parkerized finish, showing some mild handling marks and edge wear overall. The stock is very fine, with some scattered dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
