Description:

The only identifying marking on the pistol is "Mulloch" (Irish?) in script on the back action lock. It also has floral and scroll engraving patterns on the lock, breech plug, and back strap and British style martial engraving on the trigger guard. The rifled cannon style barrel has a post front sight, and a notch rear sight is fitted at the upper tang.

Rating Definition:

Very good with smooth gray and brown patina throughout, some slight pitting, and mild overall wear. The restored stock is good and has a repaired break in the mid-section, a faint hairline crack below the nose of the lock, and general light scratches and marks. Mechanically functions, but does not stay at full cock.
