Fixed sights with "1911" on the chamber and the "DWM" monogram on the front toggle link. A pair of "crown/gothic letter" proofs are present on the right side of the extension and "Imperial eagle" firing proofs are on the extension, barrel and breechblock. The frame is properly without a stock lug, and a hold-open device was retrofitted later, with a small pin and a single letter proof in the appropriate location. A unit marking, "19.T.S.1.121.", is stamped on the front strap. With straw finished small parts, niter blue pins and springs, checkered grips, and a nickel finished magazine with hardwood base.

Fine, with 75% blue finish, showing some light spotting, edge wear and handling marks. The side plate and magazine are mixed numbered replacements, with the rest of the numbers, including those on the grip panels, matching. The small parts are all restrawed. The grips are very good, with some dents and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
