Description:

Constructed from blued steel, this "receiver" is solid through the rear, and has markings in the style of the original Thompson SMG. One could assemble a lower receiver group, forearm, barrel and some other small parts to make an inert display model, but extensive precision machining would be needed to make a bolt fit inside. Included with the receiver is a bolt assembly, consisting of a bolt body with firing pin and extractor, cocking piece, and brass "Blish" lock.

Rating Definition:

The inert receiver is excellent, with some light handling marks and 98% blue finish. The bolt shows some mild pitting around the head, and light wear and spotting overall.
