T'ville AL/GEBR MERKEL SUHL/MADE IN GERMANY" on the left barrel with solid matte rib, engraved dot band at the breech, blade front sight on ramp base, notch rear sight, Swarovski 6x42 Habicht scope on quick release mount, ejectors, and German proofs on the barrel flats. Casehardened scalloped box lock with light engraving, signed "SUHL" on the underside, double trigger, trigger guard engraved, and automatic tang safety with "S" marking. Highly figured pistol grip stock with multi-point checkering, engraved forearm hardware, plastic grip cap, cheekpiece, and solid Kick-Eez recoil pad. Comes with a leather bound case with "MERKEL" leather label on the inside, leather sling, snap caps, and nylon case cover.

Excellent overall, retaining 98% original blue finish with slight thinning towards the muzzles, 95% original case colors remain, with some discoloration on the bottom of the action, minimal handling marks and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. The scope has clear optics. The case is excellent showing minimal handling/storage marks.
