This is a late production Third Model 1873 Carbine has a saddle ring mounted on the left side of the receiver and carbine type sights and stock. A Winchester factory oval proof is stamped on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. The caliber designation for 32 WCF is marked on top of the barrel at the breech and on the brass cartridge elevator.

Fine, retaining 70% original blue finish with the frame mostly flaked blue with balance a smooth brown patina. The wood is also fine with a few long scratches on the forearm, otherwise minor handling evidence. Mechanically excellent.
