The factory letter states that this pistol was a, "sample and display piece kept by the Colt factory, with low serial number (Number 3)". Consecutively numbered with another pistol in this auction (serial number 4). Features fixed sights on a matte stainless finish with a serrated spur hammer, blue trigger, grip and thumb safeties, and two piece checkered rubber grips with the embossed Rampant Colt standing on top of a globe. The left side of the slide is marked, "DELTA 10MM", and the right is marked, "---SERIES 80 ----", with the standard one-line Colt address marked below on the frame overtop of the serial number. Complete with factory letter, papers/manual, orange warning hanging tag, orange plastic pistol plug, and original blue plastic factory case numbered to the gun.

Excellent plus overall, with only the slightest of handling marks.
