Manufactured in 1937, with fixed beaded blade front and adjustable rear sights. Barrel markings are standard, with Winchester proofs on top of the barrel and receiver. Equipped with a 3/4 length magazine tube, 11 groove, flat bottom forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered metal buttplate. Includes original box. Renumbered to match rifle.

Fine, retaining 85% possibly period refinished finish, minor handling evidence, some dings in the wood, and some high edge wear. Mechanically excellent. The box is very fine with minor wear and tear.
