Description:

Manufactured from 1915 to 1917 for mostly the British and Canadian military markets. Crown proof on the butt, lanyard swivel, and matching serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel, cylinder and barrel.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retaining 98% original blue finish showing slight holster wear on the barrel, faint cylinder drag line and some light spotting mostly on the grip straps. 99% plus original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are also excellent with limited handling evidence and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent and in very high condition. Provenance: Dr. Gerald Klaz collection.
