Manufactured in 1902 and subsequently masterfully embellished by Weldon Bledsoe, a former student of the legendary Cole Agee, who innovated the "cattle brand" style of engraving. This revolver shows the typical Texas style of those two well-known engravers with the almost 100% coverage cattle brand logos, floral scroll, and punch dot background engraving. The engraving is signed with Bledsoe's mark very discreetly on the right side of the frame and also bears the "2 Lazy 2 P" brand that is very typical of his work. The right grip panel features a high relief carved lizard.

Very fine as master embellished by Master Engraver Weldon Bledsoe, retaining nearly all of the nickel finish showing minimal handling marks. The grips are fine with minimal handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
