The Model 725 was only manufactured for four years, and the Kodiak variation was only manufactured in the final year of production in 1961. It has a ported muzzle, ramp mounted brass bead front sight, adjustable sporting rear sight mounted on a raised base, "458 WIN MAG." on the left at the breech, the serial number and model designation on the left side of the receiver, safety mounted behind the bolt on the right, and a checkered Monte Carlo stock with contrasting caps and accents and vented recoil pad.

Excellent overall with 98% plus original blue finish, minor handling and storage wear, some patches of flaked varnish, crisp checkering, and generally only minor wear. Mechanically excellent.
