Description:

Manufactured in 1943. Blade and flat top notch sights, the "USS" monogram and "U.S. & S. Co./SWISSVALE, PA. U.S.A." on the left side of the slide, a Robert Downie "R.C.D." inspected frame, a thin checkered hammer, short stamped trigger, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, reinforced Keyes Fiber grips, unmarked welded magazine, and a High Standard barrel.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 75% of the thin original dulite finish, showing areas of brown patina, mild spotting, and scattered handling marks. The grips are also very fine, with a few light dings. Mechanically excellent.
