According to the included factory letter, this revolver was one of 500 shipped to the Commanding Officer of the San Antonio Arsenal in Texas on January 21, 1902. The grips are "Not Listed", and the other features are confirmed. Fixed sights, a set of Rinaldo Carr "R.A.C." proofs on the barrel, cylinder, frame and left grip panel, matching numbers on multiple components, and a faded cartouche on the right grip panel. Includes a 1909 dated Rock Island Arsenal brown leather flap holster.

Very fine, with 80% of the blue finish, showing a few areas of faded color and gray patina, bright edge wear, mild spotting and some scratches. There is a spot of cold blue touch us visible at the upper portion of the front grip strap. The grips are fine, with some scuffs and dents. The holster is very good and shows mild cracking and staining. Mechanically fine.
