Description:

Hooded blade front and folding ladder rear sight with P. J. O'Hare sight cover, properly without volley notch, star gauged and "8-23" dated Springfield barrel, bolt numbered to the gun with "headless" firing pin, restamped "D.A.L." cartouche on a straight grip stock, and "circled P" on the bottom of the wrist. Includes an empty cleaning kit in butt. Marked "JF/152" in white on bottom of the trigger guard.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining 90% plus original parkerized finish, light handling evidence, bolt serial number is faded, and sharp restamped cartouche on the lightly sanded, reoiled stock. Mechanically excellent.
