Manufactured during a short collaboration from about 1912-1919 between one of the most prolific Western spur makers, P.M. Kelly, and his business partner Clyde Parker. The pair are marked "K.B.&P." near the lateral buttons. This example have swinging buttons, with the lateral buttons heart mounted. The heel bands are single mounted with lightly engraved nickel scroll patterns and the shanks are of the arrow pattern; also single mounted on the lateral side with nickel arrow accents, ending in hand filed toothed rowels. Very good, showing mostly a grey patina and bright mountings with some scattered light oxidation and mild wear. The leather straps are also very good with mild wear (heavier on the heel straps).
