Hooded blade front and tangent rear sights, with the rough-cast receiver marked with the model, "eagle/swastika" and "eagle/359" proofs, serial number and "ac 44", and a rough cast bolt carrier with reinforcing web, solid cocking knob, and matching serial number. Smooth matching numbered pistol grip stock, with a brown leather sling and a cupped steel buttplate. A "ddx" code ZF4 scope is included, with a set of leather lens covers, and "20036" on both the scope and base. A plastic oil container is stowed in the buttstock, along with a paper-wrapped bundle of small parts, which is in turn wrapped with a vintage copy of the manual.

Excellent plus, as issued, with 99% combination original blue/phosphate finish, showing mild handling marks. The stock is also excellent, with storage marks. The scope optics are crisp, with some shrinkage of the lens protectors and denting of the sun shield. Mechanically excellent.
