Manufactured in 1969 with standard markings including extensive masterfully executed floral scroll engraving on the receiver and extending 2 1/4 inches onto both barrel sets. Gold inlaid game bird scenes on the receiver include pheasants on the left, ducks on the right, and a quail on the bottom, with the initials "CWC" in a gold inlaid monogram on the trigger guard. The engraving is signed "MMAGIS" discreetly on the left. Double white bead sights on the matte vent rib, single trigger, selector switch/safety, skeet marked chokes, and 2/34 inch chambers. The set of 20 gauge barrels is identical with the exception of 3 inch chambers and numbered "12050S9". Multipoint checkered forearm and finely figured, fleur-de-lis style checkered pistol grip stock with vented Browning recoil pad.

Excellent overall, retains 99% plus original blue finish with a few light handling marks, some light wear from the forearm, and some areas of light oxidation on the edge of the metal. The wood has a few scattered light handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The extra barrel set is also excellent with a few light handling marks. The case is very fine with some scattered minor handling/storage marks.
