Manufactured in 1969 with standard markings including the masterfully executed and extensive engraving. The engraving features extensive vine and scroll engraving on the receiver which spills over onto the barrel at the breech, moose and elk scenes on the receiver ring signed "A. BEE", a standing grizzly bear scene on the floorplate signed "F. MARECHAL", and a cougar bust on the trigger guard signed "AM". Mounted with an extremely finely figured, scroll carved and checkered pistol grip stock with a high gloss varnish finish, gold diamond pistol grip inset, white line accents, sling swivel studs, and a vented Browning recoil pad. The included factory letter confirms the grade, and configuration as well as 30 November 1970 as the date of sale. Also includes the original box.

Excellent overall masterfully factory embellished, retains 99% plus of the French grey and blue finishes with only the slightest handling marks and some very light cycling wear on the polished bolt. The wood is also excellent with a few scattered light handling marks and the carving and checkering crisp. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with some mild wear and scattered minor handling/storage marks.
