Manufactured by Remington Arms in 1941. Single bead sight on the matte concave rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, standard markings on the flats, and full/full marked chokes. Fully engraved receiver with hunting dog scenes on the sides and three pheasants on the under side with the later style "PARKER" marking on the underside just behind the forearm hinge. Matching serial numbers on the barrels, forearm, receiver, and trigger guard. With a single selective trigger and manual sliding tang safety. Checkered beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with hard rubber Parker Brothers grip cap, blank initial oval, and engraved skeleton buttplate over a checkered bare butt. The second barrel is also 26 inches, numbered to the gun with dual white bead sights, 2 3/4 inch chambers, and improved cylinder/improved cylinder chokes.

Excellent. 99% blue finish remains on the barrels with some light muzzle wear and small handling marks. The case colors are vibrant and the engraving sharp. The wood is also excellent with attractive grain and figure, crisp checkering, and some scattered dings. Repaired forearm crack on the rear left side. Mechanically excellent. Extra barrel set is also excellent.
