The included factory letter lists the manufacture date as 8 February 1904. Single white bead sight on the matte solid rib with standard markings and features, 2 3/4 inch chambers, chokes both measuring at improved cylinder, and mounted with a checkered beaver tail forearm and pistol grip stock with rubber Pachmayr recoil pad.

Very good overall as refinished retaining 85% plus blue finish with some scattered light handling marks and high spot wear and faint receiver markings. The wood retains most of the varnish with some scattered light handling marks and crisp checkering. The forend is a highly figured replacement and slightly loose. The action is off face, otherwise mechanically good.
