Included with this pistol is documentation, in the form of a Department of Public Safety inventory card and a letter from the desk of the Ranger himself, verifying this SIG P226 pistol as the duty weapon of Texas Ranger Sergeant David Hullum. Hullum joined the DPS in 1988, working with the Texas Highway Patrol and with the Criminal Intelligence Division before becoming a Ranger in 1998, serving in the Midland region as part of Company E. Departing the DPS in 2007, he spent a few years as Head of Security of FTS International, and currently performs double duty as the owner and manager of Hullum Investigations and the Chief of Police of Midland, Texas. Fixed three-dot sights, with the DPS inventory number "405-361188" on the slide and a pair of textured wraparound grips. With an unnumbered case, two extra magazines and a trigger lock.

Very fine, with 80% of the matte black finish, with wear and handling marks consistent with regular carry and use, and driver marks on the grip screws. Mechanically excellent.
