The included Beretta Gallery letter describes this pistol as very unusual, as the Model 82B was not one of the models offered in the limited run of 300 pistols celebrating 300 years of the Beretta company, all of which were Model 84s and Model 81s. The letter goes on to state that they believe this pistol to be a one-of-a-kind presentation piece or sample pistol in addition to the production run. This pistol appears very similar to the other 300 tercentennial pistols with its 50% coverage, masterfully executed, floral scroll engraving and finely figured hardwood grips with "1680-1980" medallions, but this example lacks the gold inlay of the other 300. Includes a Beretta commemorative leatherette case and an extra magazine.

Excellent overall, retains 99% original blue finish with a few very light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The case is also excellent with minimal handling/storage wear.
