Manufactured in 1898. The No. 1 barrel has beaded blade front and three-leaf notch rear sights, and is marked with the standard two-line address and "22 W.C.F." British proofs on the barrel and receiver. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with smooth shotgun buttplate.

Very fine, retains 70% faded thin original blue finish and 50% original case colors with the balance a smooth grey patina. The wood is excellent with some light scratches and dings scattered throughout. Mechanically excellent.
