Description:

Manufactured between 1847 and 1854. Lightly scroll engraved frame and back strap. The number "626" is marked on the barrels, hammer, frame, grips, and mainspring. Barrel markings are "ALLEN & THURBER", "WORCHESTER", and "PATENTED 1845". Includes a fitted hardwood case with two way brass powder flask, bullet mold, ram rod, and key.

Rating Definition:

Fine overall, showing 40% plus original blue with the remainder a smooth grey patina. The finish is strongest on the barrels. Minor dings and scratches to the wood. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with a cracked bottom and the accessories are very good.
