The barrel has a flared muzzle (caliber estimated) and gold "crown/RAE/ARI/ZZI/AGA" maker's mark at the breech followed by an unclear crest and what looks to be "REY DE CA. COMIA.6.A" reading towards the muzzle. The thumb plate is embossed with a coat of arms with two rampant hounds and two towers on the escutcheon supported by dogs. The lock has a "crown/B" marking above the full-cock sear. A belt hook is fitted on the left, and a collection marking is on the trigger guard.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The lock, barrel, and belt hood have mostly brown patina along with some mild oxidation throughout and applied brown in the muzzle section, and the furniture has aged patina showing some red hues and mild wear. The front barrel band is a modern replacement. The stock has mostly smooth surfaces, some chipping at the toe and above the cock, and a few minor scrapes and dings. Mechanically fine.
