The bright finished action features side clips, full coverage floral bouquet and scroll engraving, relief carved roses on the fences, bushed firing pins, dual triggers (front is articulated), and sliding manual tang safety. Attractively figured European walnut splinter forearm with engraved fittings, Anson style push rod latch, and straight grip buttstock with checkered bare butt. Length of pull is 14 1/2 inches. With leather covered takedown case and set of nickel snap caps.

Fine with 95% of the refinished satin blue finish remaining on the barrels, some small dings along the rib edges, and light rib markings and matting. The receiver has been carefully polished bright with distinct engraving, some traces of a darker patina, and sharp carving on the fences. The replacement wood is also very fine with attractive figure, crisp freshened checkering, and some very small gaps around the locks and tangs. Mechanically excellent.
