This is a WWI German Luger pistol manufactured by the Erfurt factory. The chamber is dated "1917", and it has the standard "Crown/ERFURT" markings on the front toggle. The right side of the barrel extension is marked with the three crown Gothic letter proofs next to an Imperial Eagle proof, and additional letter stamps are on multiple large and small parts. The Eagle is repeated on the barrel and breechblock, and "crown/RC" stamps are on the barrel and trigger guard. External numbers are matching. With straw finished small parts, checkered grips and a nickel finished wood base magazine. With a Schneider marked brown leather/pigskin holster with an extra matching magazine (with proper "+" stamp) and a takedown tool.
