Hooded blade front and tangent rear sights, with the receiver marked with the model, "eagle/swastika" and "eagle/359" proofs, serial number and "ac/44", and a rough cast bolt carrier with a hollow cocking knob. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a brown leather sling and a cupped steel buttplate. Matching serial numbers are present on the receiver, bolt carrier and stock.

Excellent, with 90% plus of the original combination phosphate/blue finish, showing some areas of brown and gray patina, bright edge wear, and mild spotting and handling marks overall. The stock is very fine, with some light proof marks and mild dings. The sling shows mild stains and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
