Manufactured by the Pieper firm of Herstal-Liege, Belgium primarily for sale to Denmark for military issue. Fixed blade and notch sights with "BREVETE./S.G.D.G." on the left front of the barrel extension, and the three-line Pieper address at the left rear. The serial number is marked on the underside front of the frame. With checkered walnut grips, and braided leather lanyard. Includes a Danish military pattern brown leather holster marked " 4 D R 3E" over a "crown/15" acceptance mark with extra unnumbered magazine, and cleaning rod/tool.

Excellent. 90% original blue finish remains with some areas of edge wear, cycling marks, traces of mild spotting and light brown patina. The grips are very fine with well defined checkering, and some small dings and bruises. Mechanically excellent. Holster is very fine with clear, legible markings, tight stitching, overall solid construction, and small scuffs and handling marks throughout.
